Photographing a codfish 'Cogito ergo

I took a bowl of race (in a dish would be gone) and I placed it on the poor cod 'escaped to my GASTRONOMY.' This explains the ugliness of the call foto.Lo the cod 'leftovers' cause my intention was to replicate the cod' with raisins and pine nuts, but I had none of due.Ho remedied with dried figs and nuts, the result? Excellent!

Serves 4
cod 'softened 800 gr. 1 medium onion

half sheet of nori seaweed

8 4 dried figs nuts without shell
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons white wine

Fry the onion in the oil to anelli.Passare quickly on the hot stove ' nori until the onion becomes croccante.Sbriciolare seaweed and add the cod 'cut pezzettoni.Sfumare with white wine and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes (depending on the size of cuts), he should still be soft.
