Lond Dong Silver Fotos

The okara and 'mash the soybean which remain after the production of milk soia.Puo' be reused in various ways fortunately, so do not waste anything.
These pancakes come from a recipe that has taught me a friend of mine from Sri Lanka, and flavors that come from far away ...
I have read that okara is still cooked a long time (30-40 minutes) before use, otherwise a low digestibility. 'In this recipe actually' I do not have the cooked okara long, 'cause the recipe from which I got the inspiration, however, used a yellow lentil India (can not remember the name) without cooking it.
The ingredients are:

Advanced the okara from soymilk production with 250 gr. soybean

1 medium onion 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
vegetable oil corn or sunflower

Chop the onion and add, stirring all'okara bene.Aggiungere nutritional yeast flakes.
Grease a small pan and pour 2 tablespoons of mixture, squeeze it well to form a pancake. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
